To give my self structure to my endevor to try new things I am going to give my self some catogories that I have been wanting to look in to and some initial projects to get me started.
CRAFT
1. Knitting (using new jumbo needles)
2. Sewing a plushy toy
3. Sewing a skirt from vintage fabric
ART
1. Graphite portraits
2. Etching
3. Build own canvas stretcher
DIY
1. Build tent/teepee
2. Plant herb garden
COOKING
1. Dahl
BEAUTY
Thus far these are the categories i think i want to try and some ideas i have had for projects.
I have decided that using books and online sources for tutorials will be a nice and easy way to find help but also means i can share blogs, Youtubers, authors and the like with everyone to spread the work of these great resources.
For now that's all i can share untill I get started on some of these projects. I will hopfully be posting once a week all going well.
Hope to hear feedback and any ideas you might have for projects for me to try.

best efforts 1
A new blog to try out new things from craft and art to cooking and DIY. To share my best efforts of projects I have found online and in books, to prove to myself and others that its good to take the effort and try some thing new. I can't be bothered with not being bothered any more. I'm taking a proactive stance and i'm going to learn!
